Statistics have shown that more than 80% of consumers trust online reviews and buying decisions are influenced by negative online reviews. But when is a review subjective and based on a personal opinion?
"Bad Attitude" "Disappointing" "Bad Skills" "Don't go there" "Very bad" "Too Noisy" "Service Bad" "Steak was raw, don't go there"
The statements as above have all been taken from poor reviews and will no doubt influence new customers, but how many of these are based on either a personality, personal taste or the opinion of the reviewer. Even though we may not choose to believe the review completely such a negative statement will affect our buying decision, of course we would rather go with a five star review than even one negative comment.
